JOB DESCRIPTION:

•    Identify and collate the information required to on-board a new deal whilst ensuring that all documentation is received on a timely basis;
•    Review of the facility documentation from an operability perspective to ensure that Company's standards and the latest templates are adhered to;
•    Work with internal and external contacts to manage the non-operational aspects of a deal including amendments, waivers and consent and act as the main point of contact for all deal issue escalations, ensuring that all matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner;
•    Execute and administrate corporate trustee, agency and escrow services;
•    Prepare and review financial accounts;
•    Assist with corporate secretarial matters;
•    Liaise with Custodian and Brokerage firms;
•    Reconcile firm’s position against our custodian records;
•    Handle P&I, waterfall calculation;
•    Handle governance monitoring;
•    Handle funds flow and reconciliation;
•    Collaborate with global services team located in US, Europe, and APAC;
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, including lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, bankers, investment managers, custodians and other transaction parties.


YOUR PROFILE:

•    Bachelor degree or higher in accounting or finance or economics or computer science or engineering or other similar disciplines;
•    Experience in accounting, banking or corporate finance industry is preferable;
•    Knowledge on fund administration and/or agency services is a plus;
•    Good business sense and commercial acumen;
•    Comfortable with using new technological platforms;
•    Strong financial and business analytical skills;
•    Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player;
•    Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English. Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus;
•    Familiarity with the administration of corporate trust, security/collateral agent escrow transactions having worked in global alternatives or banking sector with a focus on debt capital markets transactions.
