The main responsibility of the staffs is to perform the works as follows for client fund:
1. Management Reporting and Ledger Control: Review JE and monthly/quarterly reports, including fee calculations, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly results.
2. Statutory Reporting and Financial Compliance: Review half-annual and annual financial statements and manage the external audit process.
3. Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Review distribution statements and payments quarterly.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the Investment Management, Property and Development teams to prepare accurate and timely budgets and forecasts.
5. Treasury, Capital, and Financial Risk Management: Ensure daily bank reconciliations, assist to manage cash flow forecast models and participate in capital management activities.
6. Daily operation of properties: Review tenant settlement records, tenant billing and e-reminder, and review payments
