Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Finance Intern to support our finance team in a variety of tasks, gaining hands-on experience in financial operations and processes. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced finance professionals, assisting in daily operations, including business collections and banking transactions, while also gaining insights into broader financial processes within our company. • Assist in the preparation of payment instructions and support the AP (Accounts Payable) team in their daily tasks.
•Help maintain the cashbook and assist in monitoring cash flow activities, including assisting with daily business collections.
• Shadow senior team members during bank reconciliations and learn the process, as well as assist with banking transactions such as deposits and transfers.
• Support in the monitoring of formal invoices and "fapiao" issuance, and assist in maintaining proper tax reporting controls.
• Accompany team members to banks and government authorities for documentation filing purposes, observing and learning the procedures.
• Participate in ad hoc finance and accounting tasks, providing support as needed, including assisting with customer inquiries related to payments and collections.
• Be proactive in seeking additional responsibilities and tasks to enhance your learning experience, particularly in the areas of business collections and banking operations.

Your Profile:
• Currently pursuing a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Eager to learn and gain practical experience in the finance industry, particularly in business collections and banking transactions.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and practices, with a willingness to learn more.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a team spirit and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Initiative to take on tasks and seek guidance when needed, particularly in unfamiliar areas.
As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in business collections, banking operations, and broader financial processes, all while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced finance professionals. This internship will provide a strong foundation for your future career in finance.
